What is Biofield Tuning?
The term "biofield" encompasses the complete electrical system of our body, including both the electric currents flowing through us and the surrounding magnetic field. Biofield Tuning is a sound therapy technique that engages directly with this system, recognizing its deep connection to our conscious and subconscious minds, as well as our memories stored in the biofield.

How it works?
During a Biofield Tuning session, a client lies fully clothed on a treatment table while the practitioner activates a tuning fork and scans the biofield slowly, beginning from about six feet away.
A Biofield Tuning session can also be conducted through distance, having the same effectiveness.
The practitioner is:
-
Detecting resistance and turbulence within the client's biofield
-
Attuning to the changes in the overtones and undertones of the tuning fork
When the practitioner identifies a turbulent area, they continue to activate the tuning fork and maintain it at that location. Research indicates that the body's inherent organizing intelligence utilizes the consistent, coherent vibrational frequency of the tuning fork to "tune" itself. Soon, the dissonance dissipates, and the resistance subsides, which seems to align with the release of tension in the body. As a result, individuals relax, breathe more easily, and enter a heightened state of flow.
Consciousness Hacking
We utilized the Biofield Anatomy Map, created by founder Eileen Day McKusick, based on over 25 years of her observations in Biofield Tuning.
As biofield dissonance decreases, clients often describe a sensation of feeling "lighter," breathing more easily, and experiencing a reduction or elimination of their symptoms.
This can be seen as a form of targeted biofeedback for the nervous system. This process is also refers as "consciousness hacking," a unique approach to accessing the psyche by uncovering what has been overlooked, helping individuals to make changes they struggle to achieve on their own. While some conditions respond well to Biofield Tuning, others may not show as much improvement. Many practitioners combine Biofield Tuning with techniques from different modalities, leading to variations in practice among practitioners.

How often?
It is recommended starting with a series of three sessions, typically held once a week. Many issues can be resolved or significantly improved within three sessions, though there is no cap on the number of sessions available. Each session builds upon the previous one, allowing for deeper layers to be explored.
